Ride the Trails
Do you love horses and horseback riding, cause if you do Massanutten has some great trail riding opportunities.
Massanutten has horse trail rides available for the horse lover or just for those who want to view the mountain in its beauty by riding along one of the mountain's many trails. Some of the horse trails have been around since the beginning of Massanutten. Trail rides are offered for both the novice and the experienced alike.
There are two local stables offering trail rides. Keezlenutten Farm and Woodstone Meadows Stables are both on the mountain. The horses of both farms are well mannered and have traveled the trails on a daily basis. The woods are beautiful especially in the fall so don't miss out on this opportunity.
Keezlenutten Farm
Keezlenutten Farm LLC is located on the east side of Massanutten mountain, about a 10.5 mile drive. They offer riding lessons for ages 3 and up as well as boarding. Visit the link above for more information.

Take a right on 33 west. Take another right on Indian Trail road. Turn right onto Longbow road. Keep straight onto Keezletown Lane. Arrive at 3442 Keezletown Lane, Keezletown, Va.

Woodstone Meadows Stables
Woodstone Meadows Stables is located across from the Woodstone building next to the golf course. Trail rides are 1 hour long and are by reservation only. They are sometimes booked days in advance and are quite popular. Woodstone also offers pony rides and horse boarding.
Directions to Woodstone Meadows Stables:
Follow route 644 past the Woodstone Meadows Building. Take left onto Red Cedar Lane then another left onto Saddle Trail. The Stables are on your left.
